1. Expression of Interest (EoI) to be submitted by the bio gas / bio-methane Customer (Housing Society / Village Community Head (Number Daar) / Owner of Livestock Farm / Industry Owner) and for Solid Waste Management by the solid waste collection authority (Local Government) to MGE.
2. Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between the Customer and MGE.
3. Submission of Application for setting up Bio Gas Plant by the Customer to MGE, along requisite application processing fees.
4. Site Survey by MGE.
5. Survey Report of Customer requirements / estimates issued by MGE to Customer.
6. Letter of Acceptance by the Customer.
7. Issuance of Demand Note by MGE to Customer.
8. Deposit of Demand Note by the Customer in designated Bank Account.
9. Establishment / setting up of Bio Gas Plant and any supply lines by MGE.
10. Completion of any legal / regulatory requirements by MGE, concurrently.
11. Project energization for the Customer.
12. Household gas connection application (in case of Housing Colony / Village Community Customer).
13. Issuance of Demand Note for household connection of such applicants.
14. Installation of Bio Gas Meter and energization of Bio Gas connection to Household.
